- Probably not a great deal of immediate help but I've upgraded mine to the
- same spec and it works better than the older (V34 maximum) code it had
- when I bought it. I think you could do worse than contact USR's uk
- support line. Send a message to uksupport@usr.com with 000 (three zeros)
- on the subject line. Send full details of your modem and your problems in
- the message and you should hear quite quickly. Brian was very quick off
- the mark with any questions I asked.

- The three zeros identifies the message as one needing a human response.
- btw. The same address is used for their Internet on Demand service where
- the data sheet needed is identified by a three-number code and they are
- automatically processed.
